Harry has been practicing in Western Australia for 40 years and has a wide array of experience especially in rural matters.

Harry has extensive experience in Family Law, Conveyancing and Settlements, Estate Planning and Probate, Employment Law and Business Arrangements.

Steve completed his Bachelors degrees in Arts and Law at the University of Western Australia in 1998 and worked at Legal Aid Western Australia, Community Legal and Advocacy Service and the Australian Manufacturing Workers Union before completing his Articles of Clerkship with Mr Harry Formby.

He is able to deal with all of your general legal queries, but has a special interest helping to solve your family law, personal injury and workers compensation problems.

Jason has been practicing law in Bunbury for nearly 5 years having completed his Article of Clerkship in 2000.  Jason is always willing to help and is the resident Bunbury advisor.

Jason practices in most areas of law but principally in Family Law and Wills & Estates.

Stephen joined us in 2004/2005 after completing his Bachelors degrees in Science and Law at Murdoch University, Western Australia in 2003, affording him a unique blend of contrasting fields.

With his knowledge and practical experience in the computing industry, he has an interest in computer-related law and intellectual property such as copyright, patents, trademarks, designs and sui generis regimes.
